Traditional use is however often not supported by scientific studies, however in beginning in 2002 this rapidly started to change with leadership of Prof Tim Noakes of the University of Cape Town and Sports Science Institute of South Africa. And continues through today with the leadership of Prof Patrick Bouic.
The natural compounds found in Buchu are diosphenol, quercetin, rutin, diosmin, hersperidin, along with Vitamin A, B and E.
Our BUCHU Ultra products use a high quality BUCHU Oil sourced from the South African grown Agathosma betulina plant’s leaves and are manufactured in the USA.
